But I'm sure that space won't stay vacant for long. It looks like most of the chefs and staff will move to Uptown. I have great memories of my first omakase eaten there, truly many of my first sushi days were spent sitting at the small bar, putting my education in the deft hands of those chefs. This is a bummer for me as I thought that original location was the best.
The Uptown location, hidden near Bar Louie and the Lagoon Theater, will remain open.
